Position Summary

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with recruiting operations, onboarding, employee support, and administrative tasks. This position ensures a smooth and positive experience for candidates and employees while maintaining accurate HR records and providing front-line support.

Duties

Recruiting Support

  • Post jobs, review candidates, and help bring amazing talent on board
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates excited about joining us

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Welcome new hires and help them feel at home from Day 1
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation (you set the tone!)

HR Admin Magic

  • Keep employee records accurate and organized
  • Handle HR data entry like a pro

Employee Support Superstar

  • Answer questions and help employees navigate HR processes
  • Be a friendly, helpful resource for the team

Front Desk Vibes

  • Greet visitors and employees with a smile
  • Answer calls and keep communication flowing

Organization Guru

  • Maintain filing systems and keep everything neat & confidential

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
