Line Team Leader – Recycling Facility - 2nd and 3rd Shift

We’re looking for a hands‑on, safety‑focused Line Team Leader on 2nd and 3rd shift who loves coaching people, keeping production running smoothly, and jumping in wherever needed. If you enjoy fast‑paced work, teamwork, and helping others do their best, you’ll feel right at home here!

✅ What You’ll Do

• Lead daily production for your assigned line with confidence and positive energy.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate sorters and baler operators to support growth and strong performance.
• Champion safety — model it, reinforce it, and make sure everyone follows best practices.
• Take a hands‑on approach, including working on the line during busy periods or when supporting your team.
• Operate forklifts and skid loaders as part of daily operations when needed.
• Support other Team Leaders, providing backup and filling in when they're out or when production needs extra help.
• Communicate effectively to keep operations smooth and issues resolved quickly.
• Report directly to the Plant Manager with updates on production, team performance, and safety.

• Ability to operate a forklift and skid loader (certification a plus).

• Willingness to be hands‑on and jump in wherever needed.
• Required: Ability to speak, read, and write English to ensure safe and effective communication.

Work Location: In person
