Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Equity (based on experience)

Company Overview: Easy Aerial is a fast-growing defense technology company building autonomous tethered drone systems for military, government, and commercial applications worldwide. We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking a Business Development Associate to support proposals, customer engagement, conferences, strategic growth initiatives, and day-to-day business development operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development efforts across defense and government opportunities.
  • Coordinate proposal submissions, compliance tracking, formatting, and writing support.
  • Assist with lead generation at conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity tracking.
  • Help manage CRM activity, customer communications, and pipeline organization.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to support customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, proposals, sales, operations, government contracting, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced and highly dynamic environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and customer engagements.
  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.
