Location: Brooklyn Navy Yard, NY (On-Site)

Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000

We are seeking a Chief of Staff, Operations to drive our most critical initiatives as we scale.

Who You Are: You are a self-starter: you see a problem and you can’t resist solving it ,You’re highly organized, capable of driving multiple complex projects at once ,You are a jack-of-all trades, unafraid to jump into complex hardware issues, into vendor negotiations, or into future plans

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Drive key initiatives that allow Easy Aerial to scale growth and manufacturing 3-10x YoY
• Coordinate financial and operational planning
• Develop processes and procedures for maturing all aspects of the business
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, particularly those that do not fit neatly within existing team structures

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Business
• 4+ Years experience in engineering, project management, consulting
• Desired: Experience at a high-growth startup, preferably in hardware development
• Desired: Familiarity with the defense sector, manufacturing, or drone technology
