We are seeking a Production Technician to build our UAVs and ground stations and ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Who You Are: As a Production Technician, you are responsible for turning ideas into finished systems for our customers. You are a skilled assembly technician with strong electromechanical fabrication skills, including soldering, PCB assembly, CNC/hand-tools experience, cable-making and wire routing. You possess a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly. You have a passion for technology and a commitment to making the highest quality products. Successful technicians will gain exposure to all parts of the production process, as well as support the quality and safety standards of the company’s products.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Performing various assembly tasks in support of the company's electromechanical Production work including: soldering, crimping, PCB assembly, CNC/hand-tools, cable-making, wire-routing
- Following established processes and procedures to support the final assembly of products
- Assisting with the testing and evaluation and Quality Control of completed products
- Providing recommendations for process improvement
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with assembly tools and materials; must have soldering and cable making experience
- Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment; electronics preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with drone software and telemetry systems is a plus
- Position requires strong manual dexterity, including both gross and fine manipulation; ability to assemble products by hand
