We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee compliance with industry regulations and standards.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure product compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory issues and concerns.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and filings as required.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the UAV sector.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, preferably in the UAV or aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to the UAV industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
