Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Who You Are: You are a customer-oriented Customer Success Manager with a strong background in account management and customer support. Your ability to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction allows you to drive retention and loyalty. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities make you a valuable asset in enhancing customer success.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Prepare and present customer success reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and support processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
