Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize our supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.

Who You Are: You are an analytical Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Your ability to assess and improve supply chain processes enables you to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail make you a valuable asset in our supply chain operations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to mitigate stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules.
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
