We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers.

Your ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions allows you to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a passion for helping customers resolve their technical challenges. Your strong communication skills make you an essential part of our support team.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with UAV products and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
• Document support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of UAV technology and operational procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
