Location: Brooklyn Navy Yard, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Test Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our UAV products through rigorous testing.

Who You Are: You are a proactive Test Engineer with a passion for ensuring product quality and reliability. Your expertise in testing methodologies and procedures enables you to develop comprehensive test plans and execute them effectively. You enjoy working closely with engineering teams to identify issues and drive improvements. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset make you a key player in delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for UAV products, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on UAV systems.
• Document test results and analyze data to identify trends and issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and drive improvements in product design.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in test engineering or quality assurance, preferably in aerospace or robotics.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
