Location: Brooklyn Navy Yard, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to design and optimize complex systems for our UAV products.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Design and optimize complex systems for UAV applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and define system requirements.
• Conduct system modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate design concepts.
• Develop integration plans and test procedures to ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Identify and mitigate system risks, implementing solutions to address challenges.
• Document system design processes and maintain records of changes and testing results.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on aerospace or robotics preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
