Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer to drive innovation in our UAV products.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the UAV industry.
• Develop and prototype new concepts for UAV systems, focusing on performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research findings into product development.
• Analyze data and test results to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Document research processes and maintain records of findings and developments.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in research and development, preferably in aerospace or robotics.
• Strong understanding of UAV technology and its applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with CAD software and prototyping tools is a plus.
