Your deep expertise in research methodologies and product development enables you to lead complex projects from concept to execution. Your experience in the defense industry is a significant asset, allowing you to navigate regulatory and technical challenges effectively.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in R&D within the UAV, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
