Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

We are seeking a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and drive the adoption of our UAV solutions across the region.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive high performance.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a focus on hardware or aerospace products preferred.
  • Experience in the defense industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of UAV technology and its applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
