Finance Manager/Controller

Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000

Who You Are: You are an experienced and detail-oriented financial professional with a strong understanding of financial processes and compliance. You excel in managing day-to-day accounting operations and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Your leadership skills and collaborative approach make you an integral part of any team.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the CFO on financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage critical financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company financial policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
