About the Job …Manage relationships with key customers in the performance fabric market …Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals …Represent the company at industry events and trade shows …Build up the sales team, including hiring, training, and development …Develop and implement sales policies and procedures for long lasting customer relations …Manage the deal flows and report the data in the CRM (HubSpot) …Track and analyze sales- and market data to identify trends and improve our offer

You Ideally Have… …5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the performance textile/sustainable materials/membrane industry with ingredient branding …proven track record of success in sales …excellent communication and interpersonal skills …ability to work independently and as part of a team …strong leadership and management skills
