What you'll do at Browzwear
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the sales engineering strategy to support business goals and drive revenue growth
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective customers, understand their technical requirements, and demonstrate how our products meet their needs
- Product Demonstrations: Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and represent the customer
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise, answer technical inquiries, and offer customer recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Business Value Assessments: Execute Business Value Assessments / ROI calculations to anchor business value across stakeholders
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in enterprise technology and SaaS. Global experience strongly preferred
- Lead by Example: Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, rolling up your sleeves to drive results while empowering and guiding the team to success
- Sales-Driven Focus: Passionate about the sales aspect of the role, with a proven ability to drive up ASP and improve close rates by aligning technical expertise with business acumen
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in AI, computer vision, and cloud technologies
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused: A customer-first attitude with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and inspire a team
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence various teams within the organization
- Travel 10-25%
