Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Product Partnerships to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing our product partnerships, overseeing contracts and renewals, setting strategic directions in collaboration with product owners, and developing new partnerships that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management:
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with current and potential product partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner products and their alignment with our offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and communications.
  • Contract and Renewal Oversight:
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and favorable terms for both parties.
  • Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions as needed.
  • Strategic Development:
  • Collaborate with product owners to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that can enhance our product offerings and market reach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of each partnership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics relevant to partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on partnership activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing product partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership goals with broader business objectives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
