We are looking for a talented full-time Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) to join our growing team.

As the driving force behind revenue generation, a successful sales manager is a critical role within Browzwear. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales manager to help us expand our client base in Greater China.

Job Overview

· Conduct deep research into organizations and individuals to find new market segments, new sales opportunities, and be deeply attuned to customer needs.

· Develop a growth strategy with the goals of revenue growth and customer base expansion.

· Increase the value to current customers while attracting new ones.

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Plan, prepare and present sales presentations

· Work closely with the marketing department for the development of marketing literature and contents

· Maintain records of all sales activities on Salesforce

· Work closely with the customer success teams to provide excellent after-sales support.

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· Prepare sales contracts

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or apparel industry

- Strong communication skills and understanding of fashion technology

- Experience in fashion technology sales or in merchandising

- Able to learn new software and technology

- Results-oriented; possess an entrepreneurial mindset

- Excellent organizational skills

- Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Comfortable using a computer for work tasks

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in using CRM/Project management software is a plus
